1. Overview

Sparkk TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users and contributors to do the same. All content displayed, streamed, or otherwise made available on Sparkk TV (https://www.sparkk.tv) is either owned by Sparkk TV or used with proper authorization from the original copyright holders. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any content without prior written permission from Sparkk TV or the applicable rights holder is strictly prohibited.

2. Copyright Ownership

• Sparkk TV Intellectual Property: Sparkk TV owns all rights, title, and interest in and to its name, logo, branding materials, and the Sparkk TV website and platform design. Any unauthorized use of Sparkk TV’s trademarks, logos, or proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.

• Content Creator Rights: All third-party content—such as independently produced web series and films—remains the intellectual property of the respective creators. Sparkk TV displays such content under license agreements that are either exclusive or non-exclusive, as agreed upon with each content creator. These licenses do not transfer ownership of any rights to Sparkk TV.

• Legacy Permissions: Prior to 2014, Sparkk TV operated under the name VBCtv. Any licenses or permissions granted under the VBCtv name remain valid under Sparkk TV, unless revoked by the content creator in writing.

3. Use of Content on Sparkk TV

All content on Sparkk TV is published with the appropriate licensing or permissions. This includes:

• Streaming rights for web series and films.

• Rights to display promotional materials.

• Permissions that may include indefinite duration unless otherwise agreed upon or terminated.

Users may not download, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use any content from Sparkk TV for commercial or non-commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Sparkk TV or the respective copyright owner.

4. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or displayed on Sparkk TV without appropriate authorization, please send a detailed notice to:

• A description of the copyrighted work.

• A description of where the material is located on our platform (URL if possible).

• A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Sparkk TV will review all claims promptly and, if a violation is found, take appropriate action, including the removal or disabling of the infringing content.

5. Content Removal and Termination

Sparkk TV reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion, including but not limited to:

• Copyright violations.

• Low viewership or inactivity.

• Requests by the content owner to terminate or modify licensing agreements.

6. Compensation & Monetization

Sparkk TV does not provide financial compensation for content featured on its platform. Sparkk TV operates as a free promotional platform to help independent creators showcase their content to a wider audience.

To support operating costs, Sparkk TV displays banner advertisements across its platform. While Sparkk TV does not currently offer direct monetization to content creators, we actively encourage creators to pursue independent monetization strategies, such as merchandise, crowdfunding, or third-party licensing.
