Sparkk TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone using our Services to do the same. Content available on Sparkk TV is either owned by Sparkk TV, owned by independent creators, or used with permission under license. 1. Ownership of Content
Sparkk TV includes different types of copyrighted materials. Ownership depends on what the material is:
- Sparkk TV materials — Our name, logo, branding, website layout, platform design, original text/graphics, and software are owned by Sparkk TV (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.
- Creator-owned content — Series, films, podcasts, artwork, and other media provided by independent creators remain owned by those creators (or their licensors). Sparkk TV displays that content under agreements that may be exclusive or non-exclusive.
- Legacy permissions — Prior to 2014, Sparkk TV operated as VBCtv. Permissions granted under that name remain valid unless changed or revoked in writing by the rights holder.
2. Allowed Use
Sparkk TV is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing and listening. Except where we explicitly allow it, you may not copy, record, download, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from content on Sparkk TV without written permission from Sparkk TV or the applicable rights holder.
