Kenny, a multi-disciplinary performing artist, earned his Bachelor of Music Performance on the violin from McGill University. He currently studies acting at Straeon Acting Studios and voice with Panthea Loewen. Kenny’s passion for musical theatre began with his role as Rapunzel's Prince in Into the Woods and continues to his most recent role of Billy Flynn in AUTS' production of Chicago. In 2014, Kenny music directed and co-produced the Canadian Premiere of Merton of the Movies: The Musical (Concert Version) with CETM Inc. in collaboration with Mainstreet Musicals. After its success, the musical was remounted as a full production later that fall as part of the Next Wave Festival for New Musicals in Montreal. Earlier this month, Kenny starred in the short film Her Name was Jenny which had its World Premiere at the New York City International Film Festival 2015 with a nomination for Best International Narrative Short Film.
